Professional may refer to a bodybuilder who earns his or her primary income from bodybuilding. It is possible, though difficult except at the highest level, to earn a reasonable income purely from competition winnings. It is more likely that a particular athlete will be sponsored by local companies and supplement manufacturers. Many bodybuilders use their new found fame and knowledge to pursue business ventures such as higher level personal training, or opening their own fitness centers. Guest posing and appearances also support income.

Last week ''Mr N.W.F.P'' & the ''Chief Executive'' of ''Life Fitness Gym'' ''Attaullah Khan'' had an Official Interview With ''Avt Khyber''.In his Interview he said that Life fitness Gym Supports & Prepares Bodybuilders for National as well As international Competitions.He advised his Gym fellows to take natural diet & avoid drugs & Medicines.He tried to grab the attention of Government & said that it should pay full Concentration towards this field.



He also Said to the news team that for this purpose he has kept the fee very minimum to encourage the youth of society to look after their health easily.

''Natural bodybuilding''


Natural bodybuilding is the practice or participation in the form of body modification, known as bodybuilding; and to do this without the use of banned substances (most commonly referring to the use of illegal performance-enhancing drugs, such as anabolic steroids and human growth hormone). In the sport of natural bodybuilding, the classification of "natural" is based on the division in which the bodybuilders compete. During myofibrillar hypertrophy, actin and myosin contractile proteins increase in number and add to muscular strength as well as a small increase in the size of the muscle. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy is characteristic of the muscles of bodybuilders while myofibrillar hypertrophy is characteristic of weightlifters.

A good bodybuilding diet and nutrition are key components that will determine how successful you are in your bodybuilding program. Training without proper nutrition is like rowing against the current. At best, you would remain on the same place or even move forward a little bit, but in the end, you get nowhere.

Step 1: Starting push-up positionLie chest-down with your hands at shoulder level, palms flat on the floor and slightly more than shoulder-width apart, your feet together and parallel to each other.
Step 2: Look forward rather than down at the floor. The first contact you make with the floor with any part of the face should be your chin, not your nose.
Step 3: Keep your legs straight and your toes tucked under your feet.
Step 4: Straighten your arms as you push your body up off the floor. Keep your palms fixed at the same position and keep your body straight. Try not to bend your upper or lower back as you push up.
Step 5: Exhale as your arms straighten out.
Step 6: Pause for a moment. \
Step 7: Lower your body slowly towards the floor. Bend your arms and keep your palms in fixed position. Keep body straight and feet together.
Step 8: Lower body until chest touches the floor. Try not to bend your back. Keep your knees off the floor, and inhale as you bend your arms.
Step 9: Pause for a moment. Begin straightening your arms for a second push-up. Exhale as you raise your body.
Tips & Warnings: For easier push-ups, have an exercise partner place a closed fist underneath your chest. As you lower your body, touch your chest to the fist, pause, then raise your body. This is a little easier than touching your chest to the floor. *For an easier exercise, lower your knees so that they rest on the floor. Keeping your back straight and your toes tucked under your feet, proceed with the exercise normally. This decreases the amount of pressure placed on your arms.Another variation of a push-up is the incline push-up. Leaning on a vertical surface, such as a wall, place your hands shoulder-width apart and slowly proceed with the normal exercise.To isolate your chest more during a push-up, widen the position of your hands a little bit.
